my arm aches. not from the exercise i did yesterday, but from carrying jovan just now. it was for at least 20 mins constant. he didn't want to sleep for the longest time, crying a few times for milk. his eyes were still wide awake though he had two portions of milk already. tried to coax him to sleep using different methods - swaying, stroking his forehead & hair... and the one that works was to stroke his back.

just in case you were thinking otherwise... i'm not the mother. haha
