Colors of His Love

very simple song yet one that touches my heart. Easter is indeed approaching.

Gold is for the streets of heaven in our Father's home.
When you or I become His child, those streets become our very own.
Black is for my empty heart that's filled with only sin,
The darkness separates us, but He made a way to enter in.

He took a world of black and white, and with teardrops from above,
He opened our eyes to see the colors of His love.
He took a world of black and white, and with teardrops from above,
He opened up our eyes to see the colors of His love.

Red is for the blood of Jesus saving us from sin.
God saw our need and made a way for all of us to live with Him.
White is for the cleansing pow'r washing sins away
Trust Jesus as your Saviour, you can have new life in Him today!

He took a world of black and white, and with teardrops from above,
He opened our eyes to see the colors of His love.
He took a world of black and white, and with teardrops from above,
He opened up our eyes to see the colors of His love.

Green is for new life in Him that lives on eternally.
Like babes, we must keep growing in the knowledge of our King!

He took a world of black and white, and with teardrops from above,
He opened our eyes to see the colors of His love.
He took a world of black and white, and with teardrops from above,
He opened up our eyes to see the colors of His love.
